The Wellness Walker Collective ("the Collective") offers wellness-based walking experiences, peer connection, mindfulness practices, and educational discussion intended to support general well-being. The Collective does not provide medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or clinical services. Participation does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, or healthcare provider-patient relationship.
Participation in Collective activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, uneven terrain, weather conditions, emotional discomfort during group discussion, and interaction with others. By participating, individuals voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.
Participants are responsible for determining their own physical, mental, and emotional readiness. Consultation with a licensed medical or mental health professional is strongly encouraged prior to participation if there are any health concerns or limitations.
The Collective makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or benefits. All information shared is for general wellness and educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and sustainability, the following policy applies:
Cancellations by Participants
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable, except in cases of emergency at the Collective’s discretion.
No-Shows
Failure to attend without notice is not eligible for a refund or credit.
Cancellations by the Collective
Events may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, facilitator illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
Late Arrival
Late arrivals may not be accommodated once the group has departed. No refunds will be issued for missed participation.
Code of Ethics
The Wellness Walker Collective is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and ethical environment.
Respect & Inclusion – All participants are treated with dignity. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind will not be tolerated.
Boundaries & Scope – Activities are wellness-based and non-clinical. Facilitators do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or treatment unless explicitly stated and appropriately licensed.
Confidentiality – Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information disclosed during group activities.
Safety & Conduct – Participants must engage responsibly and follow facilitator guidance. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
Integrity & Transparency – The Collective communicates honestly about services, expectations, pricing, and facilitator qualifications.
Substance Use – Participants must attend events free from impairment due to alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
By accessing the website or participating in any Wellness Walker Collective activity, individuals acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
